While proposing the regularization of the salary schemes for the civil service, Shehu further noted that Nigeria as a country has about 17 different salary categories across several agencies.
This is as President Muhammadu Buhari has issued a warning over the proliferation of small and light weapons into the region and the continent as a whole for the conflict situation.
According to the president, there is a need for government presence to complement ongoing development initiatives in the Lake Chad region.
